BOOKING CONDITIONS

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

To reserve your appointment/date, a non-refundable deposit of £30.00 is required within 14 days of making your booking.

Full payment for Bridal Packages, Makeup Lessons and Makeup Parties are due 14 days prior to appointment/date.

Full payment for Trials are due on the date of consultation.

Full payment for All Other Services are due on date of service.

EXPENSES

In circumstances where Gemma is required to travel a distance of more than 20 miles, a rate of 0.35p per mile will be charged to the total booking price. Any related parking costs will also be charged.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Bridal Packages: In the event of a cancellation within 28 days of the appointment/date, the client will pay 50% of the total booking price.
